Both pulleys are refurbished and supplied with a new OE push belt.

Please check the following:

1. Secondary pulley is supplied with either 29 or 30 tooth. Please, check your vehicle and match or swap out this gear.
2. Bearings - these are used in good order. Please, check and make sure you are happy to use these bearings. New replacement bearing options are:
   • PART # C16491 - 60 ID x 101 OD x 17.00mm
   • PART # C16492 - 40 ID x 80 OD x 16.00mm
   • PART # C16495 - 32 ID x 80 OD x 18.00mm
   • PART # C16496 - 45 ID x 90 OD x 17.00mm

Warranty Condition: Due to the high level of wear commonly experienced in CVT valve bodies, pulley assemblies are not covered under warranty unless the valve body has been restored or replaced during the rebuild. Hydraulic integrity must be restored by replacing worn valves or by installing a new or reconditioned valve body.

The transmission cooler must also be replaced. We recommend using cooler kit # C16760WC.
