Cause:
Fatigued OEM 3-4 accumulator springs.

Correction:
This 3-4 accumulator spring re-establishes proper shift feel in these transmissions. This is a duplicate of OEM diesel application 47RE.


In vehicles with listed Chrysler units, it is common for the 3-4 accumulator spring to fatigue, causing sluggish shifts, or to break. Sonnax offers a specially designed 3-4 accumulator spring 12861-01 to restore the proper shift feel. Sonnax spring is the duplicate of the OE spring in the 47RE diesel application.
