Fits units with Casting Code 9132 On Valve Body

For A245E, A246E applications, this part only fits '05-later units with casting code 9132 on the upper valve body.

Symptoms:

• TCC apply & release concerns
• TCC codes
• RPM fluctuation
• Inadequate lubrication
• Bushing failure
• Overheated fluid

Cause:
Wear at the lockup relay control valve sleeve results in loss of hydraulic control of TCC circuit.

Correction:
Recover hydraulic control and renew TCC performance by installing Sonnax lockup relay control valve kit.

Excess wear at the lockup relay control sleeve in Aisin AW and Toyota/Lexus units with casting code 9132 prevents proper TCC operation and can result in various adverse symptoms. TCC apply and release concerns often develop, coupled with overheated fluid, inadequate lubrication, bushing and solenoid failure, RPM fluctuation, and converter codes. The Sonnax lockup relay control valve kit restores critical hydraulic clearances, allowing renewed TCC and lube operation.

This kit works with the 3-solenoid and 3-land lockup relay valve. It does not fit any applications with four or more solenoids.
