PRESSURE REGULATOR SLEEVE ZF 6HP GEN 2

Symptoms:

  • Erratic line pressure
  • Broken parts due to excessive line pressure
  • High line pressure
  • Restricted converter/lube flow

Cause:
Excessive valve and bore clearance allows critical line pressure balance fluid to cross leak to exhaust, causing high pressure, broken parts and flow to the converter/lube circuit to be restricted.

Correction:
The Sonnax direct replacement pressure regulator sleeve addresses sleeve wear and circuit integrity of line pressure balance in the pressure regulator circuit.
